📦 Deck Dice Haven Refund and Return Policy

At Deck Dice Haven, we are committed to ensuring every customer has a great experience with their order. Whether you’re a seasoned collector or a casual gamer, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please review the following policies regarding refunds and returns.


🔁 Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition (unopened, unused, and undamaged).
  • Sealed products (e.g., booster boxes, sleeves, and accessories) must remain factory sealed.
  • Single cards must be returned in the same condition as sold (Near Mint, Light Play, etc.).

If your item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photos.


💰 Refund Process

Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days and will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee (usually not more than 10%) for non-defective returns.

📬 How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team via email: support@deckdicehaven.com
  2. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos (if applicable).
  3. We will reply with return instructions and a shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue was due to a Deck Dice Haven error.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Opened TCG products (e.g., packs, booster boxes).
  • Digital or downloadable items.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Custom orders or pre-sale products.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you to file a claim and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or insufficient address information.

  • Local Post Office: If your package is held at the local post office due to address issues, you must contact them directly to arrange delivery.
